  • Organization - Leverage your organizational skills to manage your home room's activities, client schedules, etc.
  • Documentation - Invest in clients' ongoing success by documenting client needs, behaviors, and support plans. Help ensure that our documentation is on time and meets state requirements.

Client Support:

About Us:

What we do: Youth Progress provides safe and stable homes to youth in the Juvenile Justice and Foster Care systems.  We are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and provide individualized and comprehensive supports to youth in our programs.  We are dedicated to helping youth become productive members of the community.

We Believe:

  1. We believe that youth in the juvenile justice and foster care systems are leaders, scholars, artists, athletes and entrepreneurs; we recognize this and create opportunities to build upon these talents
  2. We believe in the power of relationships, and work tirelessly to earn the trust and respect of youth in our programs
  3. We believe in the innate beauty of all youth and the importance of treating all youth with unconditional positive regard
  4. We believe in creating a positive, caring environment that helps inspire change in the hearts and minds of youth
  5. We believe in the importance of expressing gratitude and in celebrating successes together
  6. We believe that the experiences of staff and youth are inextricably linked, and that we are on a transformational journey together

  • On-call: No
  • Hours: 7:30 - 4 or 8:30 to 5, M-F
  • Co-workers: The case manager will partner with a youth engagement specialist (YES), who will take the lead on youth engagement and redirection in your homeroom. The case manager will also work closely with a team of foster parents, other case managers, and program managers. As an agency, we're creative, open-minded, and bustling. We're often busy, but never too busy to help brainstorm a complicated problem or share a word of support.
  • Day to day: For our case managers, no two days will be exactly alike, because the needs of our youth are constantly evolving. In the course of a typical day, you might spend time getting to know a new youth, make calls to arrange doctor's appointments or other outside services, or plan a meeting for the members of a client's treatment team. If you pride yourself on organization, think critically and creatively, and you enjoy working with playful, complicated, and sometimes challenging youth, this position could be a great fit.
